Noise

There are these Noises in head.
Noises that keep me up at night, and down during the day.
Noises that cast dark clouds on my thoughts and sink my self esteem to unforeseen depths.
These noises make everything a tangled yarn ball of fear, pain, hurt, heartbreak, shame, truth and beliefs.
They make me conscious of my every move, yet end up making me do things impulsively.
There's a constant fear of making mistakes and being haunted by them for the rest of eternity.
and I am so tired of not knowing which way is up bcuz of these noises.
